It is the policy of J & Co to always seek the highest possible standards of excellence in all aspects of cleaning and related tasks. In order to achieve this, J & Co has introduced the ‘J & Co Quality management system’ that ensures high quality throughout the company, which covers cleaning, and all other service related tasks.
The ‘J & Co Quality management System’ focuses on four key areas of service that we consider of the up most importance when striving for excellence and client satisfaction.
A brief outline follows of how we will service your business premises within the four key areas of the ‘J & Co Quality management System’:
1. Quality Of Service Management
- Regular on site cleaner supervision and service support
- Quality assurance inspections carried out, and when necessary corrective action reports issued to cleaning personnel
- Monthly Service evaluations
- Periodic audits carried out on site by senior management
- Cleaning personnel are issued with a fully itemised cleaning specification so that they know precisely what to do and when
2. Client Management
- Flexible agreement terms
- Dedicated account managers for each client who are available on their mobiles or email 24/7
- Regular courtesy phone calls to check on client satisfaction
- Two way communication diary pad to communicate relevant issues between cleaning personnel and the client when normal communication avenues are restricted
3. Cleaner Management
- Cleaning Personnel are in uniform
- Cleaning Personnel are trained to clean your tailored itemised cleaning specification which includes the British Institute of Cleaning Science standard, Health & Safety and C.O.S.H.H training
- Cover is provided for Sickness, Holiday or Absence
4. Cleaning Supplies Management
- Cleaning chemicals and equipment can be provided and managed by us
- We are able to supply and manage the right professional cleaning machinery
- We use a Colour Coding system for our cleaning materials to prevent cross contamination
- We only use top quality eco friendly professional products
