It will also ensure that your company stands out from other companies and it is proven that effectively trained staff do stay with companies longer.
Cleaning operatives will also feel that they have been invested in and appreciated by the company.

Having said all of the above we can also provide a place where we can training and assess your staff.
What's Covered In The Course?
CPSS (Cleaning Professionals Skills Suit) is the newly improved assessment scheme for accredited training in the cleaning industry. The CPSS has been introduced to meet with current and future industry needs. It allows candidates to learn only what is directly relevant to them and the environment within which they clean.
To be awarded the CPSS qualification, candidates have to successfully complete
three Mandatory Units. These Units are made compulsory in order to protect the
safety of operatives, users of the building and building sustainability. They
can also make an excellent addition to induction programmes. The mandatory
units will be issued on card, similar to a credit card; this shows the expiry
date and will need to be renewed after 3 years.
There are also 25 core skills which cover a broad range of cleaning responsibilities. The individual Company can decide how many of these skills their operatives require.
There is no minimum or maximum number after 3 mandatory units have been successfully completed. This brings more flexibility into the BICSc qualifications allowing the individual to be trained and certificated with the skills appropriate to their employment.
There are also specialist skills to suit individual needs i.e. hard floor care, soft furnishings, microfibre and many others. Skills can be mixed and matched up to 15 per certificate.
The length of the courses will depend on the number and complexity of skills to be achieved; if only the three mandatory units are needed then it is a half day course.
